30 Mbps Upload Fast Internet Service Started in Turkey. Turknet opened the 30 Mbps Upload speed. It’s open but can we use it? How do you know if you have? What about the internet in general? In the Technology Agenda, we are talking about the sending, not the downloading part of the internet in Turkey…
The internet isn’t just for downloading, watching or consuming. It exists to work, produce, send and share. However, the current slow delivery speeds lead an internet user to be a consumer rather than a producer. This must change.
That’s why we talked about the new 30 Mbps file upload, that is, Turknet’s new possibility to upload files on the Technology Agenda. We also evaluated whether you can get it on your own line. Unfortunately we cannot use it. You can check YAPA, if you do not know what YAPA is, you can learn from our video.
Another piece of information that comes out of this is this: Operators can also provide 30 megabits of transmission speed. This move of Turknet is of course valid in areas covered by its own infrastructure. However, it would be beneficial to increase competition with other operators and encourage them to offer higher transmission speeds instead of 3-5 Mbps Upload.
