How to Subscribe to Extranet
You can reach the application form from the “apply now” section by choosing the most suitable package from the packages available on the Web Site. Is Setup required on Extranet?
Since the installation in fiber infrastructures is done with special hardware and configurations, fiber installation processes are carried out by infrastructure provider teams. For this reason, it is mandatory. You do not have to get installation service in ADSL or VDSL infrastructures. When the installation service is not received, the connection is made by the infrastructure provider teams until the building entrance. You have to make the connection between the building entrance and your flat yourself and install the modem. If you wish, you can also benefit from Extranet’s free modem installation support.
Is It Obligatory To Buy A Modem As An Extranet Customer?
You can use your own modem in ADSL or VDSL infrastructures. Modems to be used in VDSL infrastructures must be VDSL supported. In fiber infrastructures, the modem installed by the infrastructure provider teams should be used.
Is There a No-Commitment Package Option on the Extranet?
Packages do not have the No Commitment option. In case of purchasing a package with a commitment of 24 months, no setup fee is charged. The price of the selected tariff remains fixed for 24 months. Thus, you will not be affected by price changes for 24 months.
Extranet Line Freeze
You can freeze your line instead of canceling it during periods when you will not use it.
Extranet Line freezing conditions are as follows;
- Line freezing can be done twice a year, with each freezing period not exceeding 90 days.
- When freezing is made for less than 90 days, the 90-day period will be deemed to have been used regardless of the number of days.
- Re-freezing cannot be done within the same billing period. In order to freeze again, it is necessary to wait for the next billing period.
- The commitment period will be extended until the day of freezing.
What Happens If Subscription Canceled Before the Commitment Period Expires on the Extranet?
If you cancel your subscription before 24 months, activation fee, setup fee, monthly bare internet fee for lean services, monthly discount offered to you by the campaign during your subscription will be billed to you.
