Hello friends, I think we have come to the end of our NetSpeed adventure of about 3 years. Although I am 102 meters from the power plant, my internet connection has been bad for a month. It’s been a week, I left a bug report, but they couldn’t help. They also made an update on my line, I don’t understand how funny technical service interventions are. I say jitter is very high, ping is high, I am waiting at least 20 ahead in tests over 1 minute, but they say jitter is related to your domestic wiring. Well, I say, I changed my indoor cable, I installed another cable, is my room bad? There is no answer, they are both ignorant and making empty talk. Do you think I should switch to TurkNet? What do users recommend? Also, my line values are really good, I get cut 100mb DSL. I will connect from scratch, maybe there is a problem with the port. They say they can’t change it either. Let’s see what happens in the new port. Or do you have any suggestions other than Turk Telekom? Best regards to all.
Answer:
Nurhat Keyif
Let me explain to you this way, there is no difference between any of them. The reason is all the same, as their technicians do not come and interfere with a problem neither in the field cabinet nor at home, like Turk Telekom. Inu, understand from the beginning, but there are some of them, you pick up the phone, you empty it, some do not have it either. So, in short, you will get the infrastructure, whatever it is, if you are looking for a cheap place, look for alternatives, there are companies that give 100Mbps for 80-100TL without commitment, look if you want.

Hello, I would like to ask you a question.
I have been using the 50Mbps Download / 8 Mbps Upload tariff for about a year, as of today, I have reduced it to the 35 Mbps Download / 6 Mbps Upload tariff. While using the 50 Mbps tariff, the maximum speed lifted by the infrastructure was around 65 Mbps. Today, after switching to the 35 Mbps tariff, the signal went away and the maximum speed that the infrastructure removed dropped to 55 Mbps. So I called NetSpeed customer service, and they said to me, “Your infrastructure speed has also decreased because you are thinking about your speed, if you switch to 50 Mbps again, your infrastructure speed will increase to 65 Mbps.”
As far as I know, the infrastructure speed remains constant except for a few Mbps playing. Did you lower the speed (My 10 Mbps dropped) does it go up again when it goes up? Is there such a thing?
Answer:
Yavuz Filiz
There is a problem with the port used by the infrastructure, or the general problem of that damn modem to Airties is that it shows the values incorrectly…

Friends, I subscribed to Netspeed yesterday, but I measured my speed and it is 75 Mbps to 73 Mbps, I called Netspeed and talked to them about this, they will be calling me shortly. What do you think could be the problem, why can’t I get 100 Mbps speed?
Answer:
Tolga Kasa
Wireless 100 Mbit is a bit difficult to get, your wifi sensor must be the latest version of wifi and your modem must support the latest systems. Coverage is also important, you must be close to the modem, preferably a wired connection.

I’m having trouble with Wi-Fi in the evenings, 75 Mbps speed drops to 30-40’s or even 10-20’s. I have no problems with the cable. My modem is Airties 5750, is it time to replace it?
Answer:
Dogukan Yanık
Change the wireless channel. Since Wi-Fi usage increases in the evening, it affects your line.

For almost 2 months, the speed of my internet at night drops to 3 Mbps. They never try to fix it, but they know how to get the bill penny on time. Well, I can’t stand it anymore. Do you have friends, another internet service provider you can recommend?
Answer:
Ali Kesit
I don’t think you will find a better one, but try the non-committal companies respectively. In other words, I do not anticipate that the speed that Netspeed can not give can be given by the unknown companies. First of all, give a try to known companies. Prefer companies such as Turknet or Millenicom.

Hello friends, I am thinking of using Netspeed, if I am not satisfied, will I have any problems with canceling or closing? Are they causing trouble? Will I encounter a surprise? Can I get your ideas that I will use without commitment?
Answer:
Oğuzhan Erdal
Hello, since it is non-committal, you do not pay a withdrawal fee during cancellation. Cancellations were made via e-mail, written on a piece of paper and sent, and it was sufficient.

Friends, I started a subscription at Netspeed, tomorrow the courier will receive the documents. What is Netspeed’s address? If anyone knows, write.
Answer:
Anıl Onar
Brother, we did not understand what you wrote… How did you subscribe without sending documents? If you don’t give the address, where will that document go? (It’s been 3 years since I subscribed, I don’t know if the system has changed.)

Hello friends, recent breakouts and speed drops have started to happen to me too, I’ve been dealing with it for 1 month, but it still has not improved. They said there is a problem in your internal installation, have it checked, I connected it directly, but there was no improvement. After 8 pm, there are both disconnections and my internet speed drops to the range of 6 to 10 Mbps, sometimes not at all. I can’t get the speed I need to get 34-35 Mbps from the built-in either. I’m thinking of switching to Turknet, do you think there will be a change?
Answer:
Emre Biber
When the infrastructure is Turk Telekom, it is considered normal, it is affected by the density. Except for Turk Telekom customers, others are treated like stepchildren. As a result, problematic ports are given to private companies.

Hello friends, as of today I have applied to Netspeed. My question is: A new field cabinet was put on the street where I am by Turk Telekom. I learned by the technical team at its head that this new field cabinet has VDSL ports. I called Tuk Telekom and they told me that the infrastructure supports VDSL, but I gave up on subscribing because of the commitment obligation. When I made an infrastructure query on Netspeed’s website, I learned that I could get 8 Mbps speed. My upstairs neighbor gets a speed of 16 Mbps, his distance from the port is 90 meters, while mine is 2000 meters away. I told Netseed about this situation, asked its technical team and said that I can get up to 35 Mpbs speed and I approved the subscription. Do you think he can give me that speed? if not, cancel it and Turk Telekom should i go back? I would be glad if you help.
Answer:
Yasin Abalı
Frankly, they couldn’t sell me VDSL from a distance of 785 meters because of the infrastructure. It is not possible to get a good VDSL service from 2000 meters. There is even a possibility that there will be many problems. ADSL can be used from that distance.

Friends, I switched to 35 Mbps package today, but the speed I get varies between 17 and 20 Mbps, is there any problem with my modem?
Answer:
Volkan Sarı
It might be better to measure your internet speed from different places. You can select and check the closest server for the region you live in. I recommend that you provide a direct connection to your cables instead of adding them, the speed loss is mostly from the attachments.

Hello friends, I have been having problems even though I have been turning the modem off and on at least 2 times a day for about 1 month. My problem is, let’s say I’m going to do a speed test, I click on whatever site I do for the test, I start waiting at least 20 seconds, at most 1 minute, the test starts. Under normal circumstances, it should start within 5 seconds as soon as you click, but that’s not the case with me. All the values change on it, but I look at my line values from the modem interface, the modem does not seem to have any problems, the values are fine. Does this happen to others too? Or is it just me? Is there any way to solve this situation? I reset the modem, formatted the pc, and in case it was infected with a virus, I had the cable coming from the whole building from the built-in to the house renewed, I arranged the cables in the house, there is no problem. What do you think is the problem? By the way, I’m a Netspeed user too, we’ve passed 2 years. Or is it the way for us? Sorry it’s been a while, I wish everyone a healthy day.

I have been experiencing the same problem for 2 weeks, I cannot reach customer support on the phone. I wrote yesterday from online transactions, let’s see what they say. Today morning there is the same low speed play and the break is constantly happening, I’ve been over 3 years and I’m looking for a replacement. ?
