TurkNet Internet: Campaigns, Communication, Infrastructure and Invoice InquiryEstablished in 1996, TurkNet provides internet and telephone access services. TurkNet, one of Turkey’s top 100 IT companies, continues to expand its infrastructure and fiber network in our country. You can find below what you need to do when subscribing to Turknet’s corporate and individual internet packages, information about current campaign packages, infrastructure and invoice inquiries or address and call center information.

Campaign packages

Discounts are applied in activation fees in TurkNet campaigns  . In campaign packages, telephone and internet are combined in a single invoice.

Download: 100 Mbps, Upload: 10 Mbps
Price: 99.90 ₺
No Installation & Activation Fee
No Fixed Telephone
Covers withdrawal fee up to 120 ₺
If you do not have internet available, the installation service is 108 ₺ (3 months x 36 ₺) at TurkNet.
If you pay by card, 75 ₺ (3 months x 25 ₺)

Commitment Terms

If the subscription is canceled before the end of the commitment period, the sum of the discounts in the campaign, the early termination fee, all activation fees, including taxes, will be billed to the subscriber. You can cancel your subscription at any time for non-commitment packages. Installation service is not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Application From The Website

  • Leave your phone number in the “Call Me” section of the TurkNet website and have an authorized person contact you.
  • Prepare your contract yourself by selecting the package you want from the website, clicking “Subscribe” and entering the requested information.
  • Subscribe to the campaign you have chosen from the “I Want to Be TurkNetli” section of the website by entering the requested information. (*Your documents are delivered to your door for signing by courier or cargo.)
  • Subscribe by phone by calling the TurkNet call center.

Application From The Call Center

Call the TurkNet call center and apply for your subscription.

After the application, your document and contract are prepared and sent to your door by courier or cargo, and your signature and a photocopy of your ID are taken to start the services . After the documents reach Turknet , the service starts in an average of ten days .

How to sign a subscription agreement?

All documents required for Turknet subscription are sent by cargo to the address you specify. You add a copy of your ID and sign the necessary places.
