Greetings, my friends. I’m thinking of switching from Turk Telekom. There is 1 month left until the end of the commitment, will there be a withdrawal fee? Can I use an invite code?
You can use your free internet for 1 month by using the
Invitation code. You must provide a Turknet invitation code during the application. If the infrastructure of your building is new and furnished with fiber cable, you can get download speeds up to 110 Mbps and upload speeds up to 8 Mbps.

Turk Telekom contract is ending in 10 days. If I apply to switch to TurkNet now, will there be a withdrawal fee? Does Turknet install at home?
Wait for the commitment period to expire, find out how long it takes to close Turk Telekom. If it’s 3 times, apply to Turknet. If there is a ready-made towed line at home, they use it, you don’t have to bother too much, they open the documents as soon as they get their hands on it.

Hello, I want to switch to Turknet, can you give information about the fees and speed?
Hello, you need to have your infrastructure checked. If you buy at 1000 Mbps, you pay 100 TL with a fixed price application if you buy at 100 Mbps. For example, I get 110 Mbps speed and pay 100 TL.

Is there anyone whose invoice came 10 days in advance like me? Normally he used to come on the 10th of every month for 4-5 years, but this month he came on the 1st. Does this practice indirectly mean a raise? Ha increased the price, or sent the invoice early. I think it’s the same thing.
I have been using Turknet for 4 years by
, the invoice date was always the 1st of the month, the invoice was sent on the 10th of the month, this month the invoice date seems to be the 1st of the month again, only the invoice was sent earlier.

Friends , I switched to TurkNet today, but where and how to download application documents and contracts? How is it sent?
By logging into the online transaction center, you will download, fill out and upload the documents. They send login information as SMS and e-mail. You will log in with your TC and password.

Good evening, today I decided to switch from Turk Telekom to Turknet and applied over the phone.
1- He said on the phone that I would keep the Turknet fiber modem and I did not need to return it, but after 10 minutes Turk Telekom called and said that I had to return it. What should I do?
2- Do I need to issue the application documents myself? Will the courier bring the documents, have them signed and take them back?
Don’t take Turk Telekom into consideration. Turk Telekom will come to the installation anyway. If you return it, he will say he wished you hadn’t. He will say I didn’t bring it because you already have a modem. Trust me, the Turk Telekom team that came to the installation will inform you that the ownership of the modem has passed to TurkNet. But you keep the modem, if the incoming team brought a modem, you can return yours, if not, have yours installed.

I need to install a modem , but I can’t do it, is there a problem too? Can you help me please? Is the modem login ip address 192.168.1.1?
Try it on the phone, there may be a problem with the ethernet cable. In my modem, TP-Link modem, you can connect and set up from the phone. To learn the modem IP address, you can see your IP address and router IP address when you click on the name of the network you are connected to in the network and sharing center from your computer.

Hello everyone, I want to switch from Turknet VAE infrastructure to YAPA (Active Infrastructure), is it possible? I use Turknet, but infrastructure Turk Telekom, can I switch from VAE to YAPA?
Mahmut Oğuzhan Sinanoğlu
YAPA is not an infrastructure upon request. If there was YAPA infrastructure in your region, Turknet would automatically switch.

Friends, the last payment day of the bill is tomorrow, I paid the Turknet bill with a credit card. Money has been withdrawn from the card, but on the online transactions page, the payment has not been made yet. I have waited for 45 minutes because the payment will be transferred to the system, but it did not. I wanted to open a support ticket, but I get a warning saying “Error opening support ticket”, what do you suggest I do?
I am experiencing the same error. When I checked it, it shows up on my credit card statement. I don’t think there will be a problem. Last month, I paid the bill in the evening, it was seen as paid around 8:00 in the daytime.

Hello, I have a short question. Some friends’ upload speeds are over 5 Mbps, but my upload speed is not higher than 5 Mbps. What would be the reason?
Snr value may be too low. I think it should define the speed as 75 Mbps and let me know about the upload speed, they will fix it.

I started the process of transitioning to VAE from doing it, in how many days will the transition be?
If there is an empty port, it will be transferred within 3 working days. It depends on the density of Turk Telekom teams. It took me 25 days, but it was the period when the pandemic was intense.

First of all, Selam aleykum, good evening.
Before switching to Turknet, I paid a withdrawal fee from another operator and switched. A discount was going to be made on my bill for 6 months as a payment of 120 TL, but this is my 2nd month and it was not done. My bill is 100 TL, is it a raise? Or am I not getting the discount?
Did you send the invoice of the operator for which you paid the withdrawal fee to Turknet? Have you uploaded the invoice for the withdrawal fee from the online transactions section? Didn’t use an invite code? Most likely the second month will be completely free and you won’t have to pay any bills.

My internet gives 83 Mbps download and 7 Mbps upload values, but my ping is 15-16 ms. Don’t you think this ping value is too high?
Ping has nothing to do with speed, it is about distance from Istanbul. Also, 15-16 ms is a perfectly normal ping value for VDSL.

Hello, good day. bBn I switched to Turknet at the end of December before my Turk Telekom internet service was shut down. But Turknet didn’t cancel my old subscription, 120 TL bill came from Turk Telekom out of the blue. How should I go about canceling this invoice? I was very demoralized and Turknet, which gained my sincerity, alienated me from the very beginning with this negligence. Please help me how should I proceed.
TurkNet did not cancel, how was your transition done?
TurkNet can initiate the transition process by submitting the necessary documents to Turk Telekom.
It is Turk Telekom itself that does not cancel.
They do this to make you regret it and alienate you from TurkNet.
Turk Telekom is a company that likes to connect its subscribers and pursues commitment. That bill is your last month’s bill. It has nothing to do with TurkNet.

Friends , VDSL has just been installed in our neighborhood and streets. How to switch from VDSL to Fiber? How do I bring this service to the building?
If a field cabinet has arrived in your area, then it means that fiber service has arrived in your neighborhood all the way to the street. So after the closet, you get copper cable and VDSL all the way home, your speed changes according to your distance.
They do not bring hair fiber to the area where the cabinet is placed easily.
