Modem and box charges
Modem fees are delivered to customers by most companies with additional rental or purchase costs. Cablenet modem rental prices are as follows. However, the modem fee is mostly included in the tariffs.

Satellitenet (Kablonet) internet tariffs
The commitment period is 12 or 24 months and the activation fees are a gift in the satellitenet (Kablonet) campaigns .
Pay As You Go Tariff
Charges between 0-1 GB for the Pay-As-You-Use Tariff are reflected on the invoices every month on a fixed basis. Offering a download speed of up to 16 Mbps and an upload speed of up to 2 Mbps , this tariff costs 19.99 TL per month.
The monthly fee for Pay As You Go services cannot exceed the unlimited rate of the same speed. For Pay-As-You-Go rates, for each plus GB used (GB Constant * GB used) will be added to the bill. No partial fee will be applied for the last GB amount, and the full GB fee will be charged.
Tariffs with Quota and Fixed Quota
There are two types of tariff options with quota: with quota and with a permanent quota. The basic features of the two tariffs are the same, and when the GB determined in the tariff is reached at fixed quota speeds, the internet service is stopped, and the determined fees are reflected on the invoices every month. In the quota tariff, an amount equal to (GB Constant x Used GB amount) is added to the invoice for each plus GB used. No partial fee will be applied for the last GB amount, and the full GB fee will be charged.
Symmetrical Tariffs
Generally, web or e-mail hosting is offered to corporate users who provide game server services. Symmetrical internet with equal download and upload speeds provides high performance. There is no speed reduction in relation to the amount of usage. There is no additional charge depending on the amount of usage.
Commitment terms
If the subscription is canceled before the end of the commitment, you will be asked to refund the advantages of the campaign and the activation fees.
Subscription procedures and required documents
Where is it made?
- Call the call center number UyduNet.
- Click on the “Buy” button for the tariff you have selected from the Türksat Kablo website .
- Go to PTT branches that make online transactions or Türksat cable subscriber centers.
Transfer Procedures
If the place you are moving to has a satellitenet (Kablonet) infrastructure, you can request a transfer by calling customer service on the number. The satellitenet (Kabonet) transfer fee is 13.87 TL. If you move to an address that does not have a satellitenet network, the line will not be drawn. If you cannot transfer a subscription, you must pay a withdrawal fee.
Subscription termination
To cancel your satellite (Kablonet) subscription, you can go to Türksat provincial directorates and Türksat Business Partner points or send a fax to the provincial directorate where the subscription is located . In order to cancel the subscription via fax, it is necessary to attach the following documents:

- petition stating the cancellation request
